Year 1 - Clarice Cliff inspired plates

This term in Art, Blue Tit Class have been exploring colour. Year 1 have been experimenting with primary colours, mixing them together to make the secondary colours. This week, for their final art piece, the children have created Clarice Cliff inspired plates. Not only have they thought hard about what colours look nice next to each other; they have had to work carefully to create the layered circle pattern that is very popular in Cliff's designs.
